Online service terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. The buyer and seller will not share their personal information to each other except online auction. The rates finalised between the buyer and seller for a consignment will not be hidden from our company. In case someone tries to share wrong information or breach our terms and conditions, services to him or her will be terminated from our platform.

Once a deal between buyer and seller is done, our company will start the process of quality check but before that the buyer has to transfer 3% advance payment within 1hr time period (time will be counted since the online deal is done between the buyer and seller) to our company account to initiate our efforts for the quality check. In case the buyer refuses for the same deal for which he has already paid advance amount of 3%, his advance payment of 3% will be forfeited. In case the seller's claimed quality doesn't meet the required standard in our quality check, the advance amount of 3% of the buyer will be returned back to him or her.

If everything goes fine in the quality check, then the process to deliver the consignment will start. It's saler's responsibility to deliver their consignment to our given pick up points. The freigt charge till our pick up point location will be paid by the seller. Along with that loading charges to the final destination will also be paid by the seller. The rest like truck freight till the final destination, consignment insurance and driver's advance etc will be paid by the buyer only. The transporter has to charge the freight charges as per the govt norms and conditions. Our company will charge some commission to the transporter as mutually decided between them to provide them our online platform services to find the consignment.
